The company operates traditional bowling locations under the AMF brand; upscale entertainment venues, lounge seating, arcades, and food and beverage under the Lucky Strike and Bowlero brands; location-based entertainment, including mily entertainment centers and water parks under the Octane Raceway, Raging Waves, Shipwreck Island, Big Kahuna's, Wet ‘N Wild Emerald Pointe, Raging Waters Los Angeles, Castle Park, and Boomers Parks brands. It is also involved in hosting and overseeing professional and non-professional bowling tournaments, and related broadcasting activities. The company was formerly known as Bowlero Corp. and changed its name to Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in December 2024. Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
