Kearny Financial Corp. operates as the holding company for Kearny Bank that provides banking products and services in the United States. The company offers deposit products, including interest-bearing and non-interest-bearing checking accounts, money market deposit accounts, savings accounts, individual retirement account, and certificates of deposit. It also provides loans, such as multifamily mortgage loans, nonresidential commercial real estate mortgage loans, commercial and industrial loans, construction loans, one-to four-family residential mortgage loans, residential mortgage loans, home equity loans, personal loans, and consumer loans; and overdraft lines of credit, as well as engages in investment activities. In addition, the company offers treasury management services, commercial deposit products, corporate banking services, wealth management services, and insurance brokerage services. It serves consumers, small and middle-market businesses, professionals, nonprofit organizations, and government entities through branch locations and digital banking channels. The company was founded in 1884 and is headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey.
