The Company's Endosomal Escape Vehicle, therapeutic candidates are based on a novel therapeutic; a robust development portfolio of genetic medicines for the potential treatment of neuromuscular and inherited retinal diseases. Its preclinical product includes ENTR-601-44; ENTR-601-45; and VX-670. The company was formerly known as CycloPorters, Inc., and changed its name to Entrada Therapeutics, Inc., in October 2017. Entrada Therapeutics, Inc. was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
