It is developing TNG260, a co-repressor of repressor element-1 silencing transcription inhibitor to reverse the immune evasion effect of serine-threonine kinase (STK) 11 loss-of-function mutations to treat lung cancer. The company was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
