Capstone Energy+, Inc. provides customized microgrid solutions, on-site resilient energy-as-a-service (EaaS) solutions, and on-site energy technology systems. The company offers stationary distributed power generation and energy distribution solutions, including cogeneration systems, such as combined heat and power, as well as combined cooling, heat, and power; and solutions for renewable energy, natural resources, and critical power supply applications. It also provides inverter-based technologies that serves as the stabilizing backbone for microgrid installations integrating renewables, battery energy storage, and other distributed energy resources; energy conversion products include microturbine energy systems offering solutions to a range of customer-tailored solutions; energy rental solutions; and factory protection plan service contracts, as well as aftermarket spare parts. In addition, the company develops energy solutions for AI and data center applications; and offers Energy Surplus Program, an integrated architecture. The company was formerly known as Capstone Green Energy Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to Capstone Energy+, Inc. in April 2026. The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Van Nuys, California.
